Provider Education & Provider Relations

• CGHN employs experienced staff whose primary responsibilities include establishing and maintaining relationships with the physicians, groups, hospitals and ancillary providers.

Shared Savings Programs

• CGHN participates in a variety of shared savings programs, including Medicare Advantage, Medicaid CMO, and Commercial plans. These agreements are primary care based and incentives are earned based upon HEDIS measures.

Delegated Credentialing

• CGHN’s credentialing coordinators are CPCS certified through the National Association of Medical Staff Services. CGHN is certified with the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) in credentialing and re-credentialing. With CGHN’s delegated credentialing, providers complete one credentials application for all contracted payors. CGHN’s credentialing process meets NCQA, CMS, and individual health plan requirements.

Clinical Integration/Quality Reporting

• CGHN members are clinically integrated and strive to improve quality of care by meeting and exceeding quality benchmarks, reducing and controlling the cost of care by providing the right level of care at the right time, and improving access to care and the overall patient experience.

Online Fee Schedules

• Providers have 24-7 online access to reimbursement fee schedules through CGHN’s v-Elect program.
