Excellence is not a skill, it's an attitude. Excellence is a continuous process, doing ordinary things extraordinarily well.

Insurers

For decades, CGHN has championed physician interests with insurance companies in Central Georgia.

CGHN is a physician-led, professionally managed, clinically-integrated network comprised of independent physicians and hospital partner, Navicent Health. CGHN was established through the collaborative efforts of Navicent Health and more than 120 employed and independent physician leaders. CGHN is the result of a shared vision among these physician leaders to bring a more coordinated, comprehensive and competitive healthcare product to the communities and patients they serve.

The focus of the organization is to effectively improve healthcare in Central Georgia by:

  • Improving clinical quality and measuring outcomes for patient populations.

  • Providing the right care in the right setting at the right time.

  • Coordinating care for patients across the care continuum through sharing actionable clinical data.

  • Reducing healthcare costs by more effectively managing utilization of resources.
