It’s time for our annual compliance training! This year will be a little bit different. Please use the instructions below to access the compliance portal. There you will be able to complete each training course and attest to your understanding electronically. Please have this completed no later than next Friday. INSTRUCTIONS
1. Open browser, go to compliancy-group.com, click Client Login.
2. Login into The Guard:
a. Login is your email address
b. Password is password- section 3 will explain how to change it.
3. Changing Password
a. Once logged in-in the upper right hand corner of the screen you will see change password, simply put in the existing password, password, then change to you private password.
4. Attesting to the Companies Policies and Procedures.
a. In the second box on the left, you will see a list of policies and training you will need to attest, (say you understand or
don’t understand) to.
b. Click one of the line items that have black text and a box will appear that will ask you if you want to view this document,
say yes.
c. Read the entire document, once completed, close the document, when you complete the closing, you will see a box that
will ask you if 1. Do you understand, 2. You do not understand, 3. I will read later. Choose one and save. If you choose 2
a Compliance Officer will contact you to explain.
Continue on until all documents are green. Quick side note, if you need to review any document, even though its green
you will still be able to open it.
